Zennon & Pierre Company Limited was transformed into a loss adjusting and surveying firm of 12th April, 2007, when a team of professional and experienced loss adjusters joined Zennon & Pierre Marine Services Limited.
The operation of the company commenced in the name of Pierre Leong & Co. (Cargo Survey) Ltd., which was established in April, 1987, when the services were confined to general cargo surveys only.
The company increasingly receives a considerable volume and variety of marine cargo survey instructions, conducted in Hong Kong S.A.R., Macau and almost all major ports in P.R. China and overseas, e.g. Busan, South Korea; Rome, Italy; Brazil; Surabaya, Indonesia; and Taipei, Taiwan etc., from ship-owners’ P+I associations, cargo underwriters, shipping companies or agents, forwarding agents and trading companies.

The company’s services have diversified since 1990 to performing investigation on marine casualties, damage to hull and machinery of ocean-going vessels, pleasure crafts, barges and cargoes, transit and mysterious losses and fraudulent claims, cargo claims adjustment, settlement and recovery works in accordance with instructions from insurers.
In view of the changes of business nature, a new company known as Pierre Leong & Co. (Marine Services) Ltd., was established in May, 1999 to concentrate on business relating to marine insurance claims settlement and recoveries and our clients are mainly from Hong Kong, mainland China, South East China, Europe and North America.
The company’s services extend to investigation on bodily injury and liability claims, e.g. owner of tractor, pleasure craft, tug or motor launch, etc., terminal operator, warehouseman and local transportation company, etc., and loss adjustment of non-marine insurance claims.
Currently the firm in Hong Kong employs fifteen loss adjusters/ surveyors plus six supporting staff, offering the highest levels of service in the following fields of marine and non-marine claims adjusting services.
